Ontario's New and Expanded Energy Efficiency Programs
new support for energy-saving renovations
Enbridge Gas and Save on Energy, with support from the Ontario government, have partnered to launch the new Home Renovation Savings Program, offering rebates to help Ontarians improve energy efficiency and home comfort.
There are multiple options for improving your home that are covered by the rebates including heat pumps, windows and YES, insulation!
What Areas of My Home Are Covered by Rebates?
After completing a home energy audit, you will be provided a list of upgrades in your home that are eligble. You'll need to complete two upgrades to qualify for rebates. Here are the maximum rebates available by area of your home:
- Attic insulation - $1,500
- Foundation insulation - $3,500
- Exposed floor insulation - $300
- Exterior wall insulation - $3,600
